FAQ

Short answers to the product, privacy, and analysis questions that matter before someone trusts the app with a song.

Does SongAnalyzerPro store my songs?

No. Songs submitted for analysis are not kept longer than 24 hours, are deleted from servers after analysis and operational cleanup, and are never used for training, datasets, resale, or unrelated purposes.

Do I transfer rights to my music?

No. You keep your rights. You only grant the narrow permission needed for SongAnalyzerPro to receive, process, analyze, and return results for the song you submit.

Is genre guaranteed?

No. Genre is not a direct physical measurement. The app reports genre only when a validated classifier is configured and should present classifier output with the appropriate context.

Why can downbeats be unavailable?

Reliable downbeat tracking requires a dedicated model and can fail on unusual meter, weak percussion, rubato sections, or ambiguous material. Strict mode should report unavailable data instead of inventing bar lines.

How does it work with ChatGPT?

SongAnalyzerPro runs as an interactive ChatGPT app. You choose a track, review the measured analysis in the widget, and ask ChatGPT to explain or summarize the results.

Who is this for?

Musicians, producers, DJs, editors, music reviewers, and creators who want measured facts before arranging, mixing, cueing, tagging, or discussing a track.
