The service is intended for informational, creative, editorial, and workflow support. It is not a legal determination of authorship, ownership, infringement, or licensing status.
You retain all rights you have in submitted songs. No rights transfer takes place except for the limited permission required to receive, fetch, process, analyze, and return results for the song.
We do not claim ownership of submitted songs or analysis inputs.
Songs submitted for analysis are not stored or kept longer than 24 hours and are deleted from servers after analysis and operational cleanup. They are never used for anything other than providing the analysis service you requested.
Do not use the service as storage, backup, delivery, or archival infrastructure.
Tempo, beat, key, energy, and downbeat outputs are derived from MIR algorithms and may include confidence, alternatives, or provenance. Genre is classifier-backed only when a validated classifier is configured.
You agree not to treat uncertain, unavailable, or classifier-based outputs as guaranteed facts.
Analysis can fail because of file corruption, unsupported formats, expired URLs, long processing times, infrastructure outages, or model limitations. The product should fail honestly rather than invent unavailable data.
We may update, suspend, or limit the service to protect reliability, security, or cost.
These terms are intended for a service operated from Los Angeles, California. Unless a different written agreement applies, disputes will be handled under applicable California and United States law.
